Fee SCHEDULE 2027

01 - FEE INCLUSIONS

Tuition fees include all speakers, excursions, compulsory sport, Wi-Fi, printing, teaching resources, daily cooked lunch and annual family membership at BSA (Bergvliet Sports Association).

02 - ADDITIONAL OBLIGATORY FEES

Additional costs may include camps, uniform, external examination fees, technology and software, calculators, elective extra-mural activities, elective meals, workshops, career assessments, bus transport, and school photographs.

Uniform

The Evolve Academy T-shirt, fleece and cap are compulsory items.

Textbooks & Stationery

Parents are responsible for the purchase of textbooks, exercise books and stationery as per the annual list provided.

External Examinations

Parents are responsible for all external examination fees for IG2 and AS.

Devices & Software

All students are required to bring a laptop operating Windows. The device’s administration rights are required to be signed over to the school for management purposes if requested. Devices are brought to school at own risk. Device specifications will be provided separately.

03 - PAYMENT TERMS

Tuition fees are billed annually in advance.

  1. Full Fee Settlement

6.25% discount if paid by 13 November 2026.

5% discount if paid between 14 November 2026 and 15 January 2027.

  1. Termly Fee Settlement

Payable on the first day of the first three terms as follows:

Term 1 – 50% of the total fees

Term 2 – 25% of the total fees

Term 3 – 25% of the total fees

  1. Monthly Payments

Payable in 10 equal instalments from January to October 2027, on the first day of each month.

04 - NOTICE PERIOD

One full term’s written notice (three calendar months) is required when leaving the School. Notice must be submitted to admin@evolveacademy.co.za by the first day of the term, or one full term’s fees will be payable in lieu of notice.

Families withdrawing before Term 4 who pay fees over 10 months are not entitled to a refund or pro-rata adjustment.
